§ The ATTORNEY-GENERALI am unable to follow the suggestion made by my hon. Friend that the number of judges, apart from the King's Bench Division, is attenuated. I shall make a statement upon the steps which His Majesty's Government propose to take with respect to the general situation when moving the Motion which stands in my name for to-day.
