HALLasked the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that a request by the Bibby Line for permission to carry a small number of 745W Burmese pilgrims from Rangoon to Colombo has been refused by the Government of India; and, seeing that the pilgrims have been regularly carried as deck passengers on board the Bibby steamers in the past, whether he will state the reason for this refusal?
