Mr. RHYS DAVI ESasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that some local authorities discourage recipients of public assistance from continuing payment of industrial insurance premiums; and will he take steps to see that this practice is stopped, especially in view of the hardship caused to poor people in meeting the expenses of funerals when there is no death benefit income from insurance sources?
