§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAEvery effort is made to deal quickly with claims to repayment of Income Tax, but my hon. Friend will appreciate that it must sometimes happen that inquiries have to be made or additional information has to be obtained, and in such cases some delay is unavoidable before repayment can be made.
