Miss RATH BONEasked the Minister of Labour if he will supply figures showing the proportion which the numbers of child dependants and of adult dependants in respect of whom allowances are paid bear to the total number of adult males on benefit, now or for any recent period or date, distinguishing, if possible, between dependants of men on standard and on transitional benefit; and also similar figures of the proportion of dependants on adult females in receipt of benefit?

the sub-clerical grade are being given the same facilities as men members to retain their permanent status on assignment to the temporary investigating clerk grade 2479W of the Unemployment Assistance Board; and if not, what is the reason for differentiating between men and women in this respect?
