§ Mr. ELLIOTI understand that the scheme for the supply of milk in schools at reduced rates, which is to be submitted by the English Milk Marketing Board for approval under Clause 11 of the Milk Bill, will probably provide that milk should be delivered in bottles wherever possible; and straws will be supplied with the bottles.
