§ Sir S. HOAREMr. P. C. Joshi was convicted in Cawnpore in April, 1934, and sentenced to two and a-half years imprisonment on charges of "sedition" and "promoting enmity among classes." I have no information regarding the other parts of the hon. Member's question.
