§ Sir J. SIMONThe reply to the first part of the question is in the negative. As regards the second part, I have no information as to the intentions of the Liberian Government, but it would not lie within the power of His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom to exclude any representative whom a member of the League may send to the Assembly.
