§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe experience so far gained with pedestrian crossing places, which have been marked at a. number of road junctions in London, is sufficiently satisfactory to justify the extension of the scheme to other localities, and I am making proposals for such extensions to the highway authorities concerned.
