Mr. M. MacDONALDSection 12 (c) of the Palestine Immigration Regulations of 1933 provides that permission to enter Palestine shall not be granted to any person who, failing to produce 1930W evidence of having been successfully vaccinated against small-pox within a period of seven years prior to the date of his arrival, refuses to be vaccinated.
