§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMThe hon. Member appears to be under a misapprehension, as it is not the policy of the Board of Education to refuse to sanction any expenditure on nursery schools, and these schools are not debarred from participating in the scheme for cheap milk. An increasing number of grant-earning nursery schools are eligible to participate in the scheme, which does not, however, apply to schools of any type which are not recognised for grant.
