HC Deb 04 December 1934 vol 295 c1412W
Mr. LLEWELLYN-JONES

asked the Minister of Health whether he has considered representations from different organisations connected with the administration of National Health Insurance advocating that the National Health Insurance Act, 1924, should be amended so as to bring within its scope all children as soon as they leave school and enter into insurable employment; and whether he is prepared to take any action in the matter?

Mr. SHAKESPEARE

I would refer the hon. Member to the replies given on 19th April and 17th July last to the hon. Members for Westhoughton (Mr. Rhys Davies) and Carnarvon (Major Owen). The hon. Member can be assured that the matter is not being overlooked.
