§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThe number of members of milk-recording societies operating under the Ministry's Live Stock Improvement Scheme in the first year of the scheme, i.e., the year ending 31st March, 1915, was 264. In the years ending 1st October, 1920, 1925, 1930 and 1933, the numbers were 2,075, 5,081, 4,501 and 4,187 respectively.
