§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMOne of His Majesty's Inspectors of Schools will attend the Congress as a representative of the British Government. The invitation to participate in the Congress has also been communicated to the authorities of the British Film Institute, with a request that it should be brought to the notice of persons or bodies likely to be interested. It is understood that the Institute is making arrangements to take part in the Congress.
