§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERMy hon. Friend will remember that by a resolution of the Monetary and Economic Conference the Governments of countries interested in cocoa production were invited to send in memoranda to the Secretariat of the Conference. A draft memorandum setting out the attitude of His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom has been prepared and sent to the Governments of the Colonies and Protectorates concerned for concurrence. I hope that it will be possible to send it to the Secretariat of the Conference in the course of the next few weeks.
