GRENFELLasked the Minister of Transport whether he is aware of the breakage of coal and avoidable loss in value resulting from the failure to provide suitable tipping facilities at the Prince of Wales Dock, Swansea; and whether he will take steps to have new tips and chutes installed similar to those installed at the King's Dock to prevent unnecessary degradation of large and sized coals shipped at the Prince of Wales Dock?
