§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Health Service supply council's annual report for 1982–83 has been received. It records steady and encouraging progress in improving the NHS supplies services. Copies have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament and I have approved publication of the report by the supply council.
