Mr. Coombsasked the Secretary of State for Transport how many accidents there have been on the M4 in 195W Wiltshire in the first 10 months of 1983; if he will subdivide these into the categories of (i) fatal, (ii) injury and (iii) non-injury, giving dates and locations in each case, together with the causes where known; and if, in the light of these accidents, he plans any additional safety measures.
