§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERThe report has been received, and is now being printed in Nairobi. The Acting-Governor informs me that the printing is unlikely to be finished before February next, although he is making every effort to expedite it. It is a voluminous document, including a number of maps which have to be specially reproduced.
