BROWNThe Government's further proposals designed to encourage the extraction of oil from cola were announced by the Prime Minister on 17th July, and are applicable to Scotland as to other parts of Great Britain and to all processes for the production of motor spirit indigenous fuel. There have been a number of proposals for the carrying out of oil from coal schemes in Scotland, and if my hon. And gallant Friend has any particular process in mind, I shall be glad to send him such information as I have available
