Sir H. YOUNGThe proposals of the Liverpool Corporation fall to be considered under the proviso to Section 1 of the Housing (Financial Provisions) Act, 1933. No reply has yet been sent to the town clerk, but the matter is under consideration at the present moment, and I hope to be able to send a reply at a very early date.
