The numbers of insured persons in each industry are ascertained once a year, in respect of the beginning of July, from the exchange of unemployment books, and figures for other dates are not available.
The following table shows the estimated numbers of insured persons in the building industry classification at July, 1932, and the numbers recorded as unemployed in March, April and May, 1933.
