Sir H. YOUNGNo, Sir. The necessary particulars required for the calculation of the grants have been called for from those local authorities which, on the basis of distribution explained to the House, might be eligible for a share of the fund, and the distribution cannot be proceeded with until replies from all such authorities have been received.
