Mr. WIRE-BELISHAThe Second Association is being wound up voluntarily, and its affairs are now in the hands of the liquidator. The second part of the question therefore does not arise. As to the third part, during an inspection into the affairs of the United Women's Homes Association, Limited, it was ascertained that circulars were issued by the Second Association which contained statements relating to the former association. I have no information to what extent capital may have been subscribed in response to these circulars.
