§ Sir K. WOODTwo meetings of the advisory council itself and one of a subcommittee have been held to date, and a further meeting of the council is being held this month. As regards the latter part of the question, as stated in my reply to the hon. Member for Romford (Mr. Hutchison) on 6th March, 1933, title practice has always been to regard the proceedings of the council as being confidential, and any departure from this practice would, in my opinion, detract from the usefulness of that body.
