§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAAttention has recently been drawn to the question of the existing arrangements under which duty free spirits are allowed to be shipped as174W bonded stores on fishing vessels in certain cases, and the matter is being considered by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise in conjunction with the Board of Trade.
