§ Mr. REMERasked the Attorney-General if he is aware that under the existing law an official of a trades union cannot sue against that union if he is a member of it for wrongful dismissal; and if he will introduce legislation to remedy this?
§ The ATTORNEY-GENERALA trades union official is not barred by reason of his membership of such union from taking action for wrongful dismissal. The second part of the question, therefore, does not arise.
