§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAM:My Noble Friend's attention has been drawn to this 1189W proposal, but, after further consideration of the matter in the light of representations made by a deputation from the local education authority and of other considerations, it is not now proposed to proceed with the closure of the college. A notification to this effect was sent to the authority on 14th February.
