§ The PRIME MINISTERI am not sure that I fully understood what my hon. Friend has in mind. The ordinary opportunities to quote from, or to reproduce any articles of a kind which it is proper for Ministers to write are afforded to the general Press as a means of protecting the public from mistaken information and inaccurate statements.
