§ Sir G. COLLINSThe scheme is being dealt with in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Agricultural Marketing Act, 1931. As the nominees of the promoters have intimated their assent to modifications made in the scheme, I am now considering, in consultation with the Board of Trade, the laying of the draft of the scheme before each House of Parliament. The modifications made in the scheme have not been communicated to the opponents of the scheme.
