§ Mr. FLEMINGasked the Home Secretary what regulations his Department has issued regarding the conditions which must be fulfilled by an applicant who desires to be registered either as a theatrical manager or theatrical agent in the Metropolis or elsewhere in the United Kingdom?
Mr. STANLEY:My hon. Friend, no doubt, has in mind the Theatrical Employers' Registration Acts, 1925 and 1928.
