asked the Secretary of State for India if he can state the sentence passed on Chaudhri Rattan Chand and Chaudhri Bagga, under the martial law ré gime in the Punjab in 1919; has the original term which these two prisoners were required to serve expired; and, if so, on what grounds have they been detained since, and when will they be released?
