§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREThere has been no discontinuance of the heating arrangements in any part of the building. The lowering of the temperature in St. Stephen's Hall and the Outer Lobby was entirely due to the cold windy weather, and to the continuous opening of the outer doors.
