§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAIt is not proposed to adopt the suggestion contained 555W in my hon. Friend's question, but it is open to the committee referred to to make representations on behalf of the membership of the associations for which they act. These representations will receive the fullest consideration, and will be borne in mind in' connection with any negotiations which may be entered into between the parties to the existing agreement.
