Mr. THOMASDuring the month of November the Ministry of Labour made1192W use of the advertising frames of the Empire Marketing Board and met the full expenditure involved, including the rent of sites. As regards the second part of the question, negotiations are now in progress with a view to the transfer of these frames, wherever possible, to local authorities for use primarily for health propaganda.
