§ Dr. BURGINThe foreshore at Shell Bay, Poole Harbour, is not the property of the Crown, and I am not aware that any restrictions have been placed on the exercise by the public thereover of any rights lawfully existing as incidental to navigation and fishing. These are the only public rights over foreshore in private ownership with which the Board of Trade is concerned.
