The report is a League document and it has never been regarded as a proper charge on the taxpayer to supply free of charge to Members of this House individually documents not issued by His Majesty's Government. 1187W But if the hon. Member will refer to the answer given on 25th October to my hon. Friend the Member for Wolverhampton, East (Mr. Mander) he will see what arrangements are proposed.
