HC Deb 09 November 1932 vol 270 c344W
Mr. GLOSSOP

asked the Minister of Transport what action he proposes to take with regard to the letter he has received from the Thurlstone Urban District Council respecting the appeal of Mr. L. Baddeley's green and white omnibus service against the decision of the Traffic Commissioners?

Mr. PYBUS

The council's letter was read at the opening of the inquiry into Mr. Baddeley's appeal which was held on my behalf on 26th October. In coming to a decision on the appeal I shall take the views expressed by the council into due consideration along with the other representations made at the inquiry.
