HC Deb 31 May 1932 vol 266 c1006W
Mr. LIDDALL

asked the Minister of Transport the number of motor cat-drivers, insurance policy holders, who have been killed or fatally injured in motor accidents since the passing of the Road Traffic Act, 1930 and the number of cases in which the third party has legally been unable to claim compensation or damages from the insurance company owing to the death, through the accident, of the policy holder?

Mr. PYBUS

I regret that the information asked for is not in my possession.
