§ Mr. COOPERNo primary vaccination during their service in the Army had been performed on any of the nine cases of cerebro-spinal fever which have occurred this year at Windsor. The most recent re-vaccination was performed on 16th December last on a case which occurred on 31st January. Five of the cases had been inoculated in October, 1931, and one case was immunised against diphtheria in January, 1932.
