§ Major ELLIOTAt 31st March, 1922, the amount due by Austria to this country was £9,700,000 in respect of Relief Loans and £2,400,000 in respect of cash advances repayable in connection with the Guaranteed Loan issued in 1923. Accrued interest is included in both cases.
