§ Mr. COLVILLEI do not think it would be in the public interest for me to depart from the practice adopted by successive Governments of refraining from stating publicly how, or to what extent, credits guaranteed under the Export Credits Guarantee Scheme are secured. In such technical matters the Department has always been guided by the recommendations of the statutory Advisory committee.
