§ Sir D. MACLEANSince 30th September, 1931, there have been two meetings of the Standing Joint Committee on the salaries of teachers in elementary schools, and one joint meeting of the Secondary and Technical Committees. One of the two meetings of the Elementary Committee took place this year.
