§ Sir H. BETTERTONThe only Regulations made under the Unemployment Insurance (No. 3) Act, 1931, are the Unemployment Insurance (Anomalies) Regulations, 1931. These Regulations were considered in draft by the advisory committee and incorporate all the amendments suggested by the committee. The committee's report (House of Commons Paper 150) was unanimous, and I have received no minority reports.
