Mr. PRICEasked the Minister of Agriculture if he is aware of the number of distraints and forced sales imposed by the drainage authorities upon hard-pressed cultivators in some Fen areas of South-West Norfolk; and whether he will take steps to protect these small farmers and holders who are unable to meet the drainage rates now demanded?
