asked the Minister of Labour the number of boys who were in attendance at juvenile employment centres at the end of October last; and the number in attendance to-day?

The latest figures available show that there are 18,420 boys in attendance at approved courses of instruction; of these, 15,407 are attending junior instruction centres and classes. At the end of October, 1931, the corresponding figures were 17,895 and 16,133.
