§ Sir J. SIMONThe provisions of the Temporary Commercial Agreement have not been extended to any of His Majesty's Self-governing Dominions or to India. They were extended, as from 1st December,1930, to the following Colonies: Bermuda, British Guiana, Falkland Island, Jamaica, Malta, Seychelles, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Windward Islands.
