Lord STANLEYReserve officers and ratings receive pay only when serving in the Fleet for training or on mobilisation. They are then paid at the same rates as active service officers and ratings and suffer the same reductions. The training fees payable to Royal Naval Reserve officers who have completed certain specified periods of training have been reduced by 10 per cent.
