§ Mr. CHALMERSasked the Home Secretary whether his attention has been drawn to the influx of destitute persons from the Irish Free State into the Borough of Paddington; whether he is aware that there is evidence that the Free State authorities have assisted such migration; and whether he will take steps to prevent further such burdens falling upon the ratepayers of Paddington?
