HC Deb 21 December 1932 vol 273 cc1099-100W
Mr. T. GRIFFITHS

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the present position in Cyprus; and whether the discontent has been allayed?

Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTER

The situation in Cyprus is generally satisfactory, and I have nothing to add to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton East (Mr. Mander) on 15th November last. I am sending the hon. Member for Pontypool a copy of the reply to which I refer.
